Shipping Overview
At Cathay, every writing instrument is crafted with care, and we want your order to reach you just as beautifully. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship our products, what to expect once you place your order, and how we handle domestic and international deliveries.

Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most in-stock items ship within 4–5 business days of your order being placed.
If your order includes a pen that requires customization or personalization, please allow additional time for preparation before shipment. We’ll always notify you by email once your order has shipped and provide tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We proudly ship using USPS and UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate, displayed at checkout.
Expedited options (such as USPS Express or UPS 2-Day) are available for an additional fee.
Transit times vary by destination but typically take 2–5 business days once the package leaves our workshop.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to most regions via USPS International and UPS Worldwide services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs processing, generally ranging from 1–3 weeks.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate; Cathay cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you experience any delays or issues with tracking, our team is happy to help.
Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to package our pens securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us right away at info@cathaypens.com so we can assist with a replacement or carrier claim.
Additional Notes
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.
Orders containing multiple items may ship together or separately depending on availability.
